Made this gorgeous Honey and buttermilk panna cotta for Sunday night dessert.
Seriously indulgent but so ridiculously good!
I have always wanted to make Panna Cotta but have never quite got there.
Found this recipe here , and couldn't help myself.
The trick is making sure you continually stir the cream and buttermilk mixture, and take it off the stove before it curdles.
